Terms and Conditions

Please note that we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and that is the reason for our deposit and payment terms.

Our deposit and reservation policy is designed to protect both our customers and guides with the fairest terms in the industry

1. Deposit and Payment Terms

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is strictly non-refundable if the customer cancels or fails to show. It only represents a small percentage of the total tour cost.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of the total tour price must be paid in full on the day of the tour before the commencement of services.

2. Cancellation by Operator

  • Company Cancellation: If we (the operator) must cancel the tour for any reason—such as equipment failure, guide illness, or insufficient numbers—and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

3. Force Majeure Policy

  • Definition: “Force Majeure” refers to extraordinary events beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) that make the tour impossible or unsafe.
  • Credit Option: In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation, the deposit is converted into a Future Travel Credit valid for one (1) year from the original tour date.
  • Transferability: This credit is fully transferable. You may pass it to another person, provided you notify us in writing before they book.

4. Customer Cancellations

  • Forfeiture: If you cancel for personal reasons not covered by Force Majeure, the deposit is forfeited.
