Txakoli (Txacolí) wines come from Spain’s Basque Country and are shaped by a cool, Atlantic climate. They are typically light-bodied, low in alcohol, and high in acidity, making them very fresh and lively. Made mainly from Hondarrabi Zuri (and Hondarrabi Beltza for reds), Txakoli shows citrus, green apple, herbal, and saline notes.
